Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Front Office Agent
For one of our pharmaceutical clients in the area of Breda, we are looking for a Supply Chain Front Office Agent. In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
- First point of contact for customers, affiliates and Local Service Providers (LSPs)
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with internal/external customers and LSPs
- Exchanging complex information with customers to solve problems
- Discussing, accepting, entering and following up on customer service complaints
- Identifying & initiating process improvements to decrease number of service complaints
Profile of the Supply Chain Front Office Agent
As a Supply Chain Front Office Agent, you have the following strong suits:
- Education in Economics, Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related area
- First experience in the pharmaceutical sector
- Experience within Customer Service or Sales
- Strong MS Office skills
- Customer and result oriented
- Fluency in Dutch and English / other European language
- High quality standards with regards to work
- Available on short notice
